Aksh Optifibre Limited been awarded the Jaipur Smart City Project from Jaipur Smart City Limited (JSCL).

The project's objective is to provide safety and security solutions and to facilitate the citizens as well as civil administration of Jaipur.

The company will place the OFC network to install the Smart city Wi-Fi network, Smart LED Lighting system for energy efficiency, IP-based surveillance system with Vehicle Identification & Counting, Environment sensors for monitoring the environment, Smart Parking system, and Smart Communication.

Aksh Optifibre was trading at Rs 23.10, up by 8.08% on BSE at 1040 hours on Wednesday. The scrip opened at Rs 21.60, while on Tuesday it closed at Rs 21.65. It touched its intraday high at Rs 23.75 and low at Rs 21.55. Its 52-week high and low was at Rs 30.80 and Rs 14.15, respectively.
