Former News Editor of All India Radio and Doordarshan News Prakash Chand Jain passed away in New Delhi today. He was 83. He was suffering from bone cancer. An officer of Indian Information Service, Jain also served Publications Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. AIR
