Local Doordarshan shut as PB to close its regional broadcasts

Local Doordarshan Relay Center is being closed from today said Anil Kumar Lakhera, Deputy Director Engineering, Doordarshan High Power, Government of India.Regarding which he told that all the viewers are informed that as per the higher orders, Prasar Bharati is going to shut down its analog terrestrial broadcasting all over the country under a phased plan of rationalization. Under this, the existing analog Doordarshan broadcasting centers are being closed.In this sequence, the telecast of Doordarshan High Power Broadcasting Center Jabalpur (VHE 10KW Channel 11) will be stopped from 12:00 midnight on October 31 2021.
