Dish TV India Ltd Appoints Anil Kumar Dua As Additional Director

The Board of Directors of Dish TV India Ltd at their meeting held today, i.e., 26.03.2019, has considered and approved the Appointment, of Anil Kumar Dua, existing CEO of the Company as an Additional Director of the Company in the category of Executive Director, not liable to retire by rotation with effect from March 26, 2019 to hold office until conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the Calendar year 2019.

The said appointment has been done basis the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, confirming that Anil Kumar Dua is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other such authority.―Equity Bulls
