Swisscom Broadcast to spin off event management company Zoon

Swisscom Broadcast, a provider of communications, security and video analytics services and part of Swisscom, plans to spin off event management company Zoon, calling it Oniva.

Oniva will continue to further develop existing systems and services and be managed by the current management team. The founders and members of the management board are Marc Blindenbacher, Anna Fredholm and Simon Gadient.

Zoon has been used to so far manage more than major 5,000 events. Telecompaper
