BSNL office in J&K’s Ganderbal fails to accept bills for 3 months
BSNL users in Ganderbal are facing significant inconvenience as the local office has not been accepting postpaid and broadband bill payments for the past three months. This situation has forced customers to travel to Srinagar to pay their bills.
According to users, the Ganderbal office, which previously accepted these payments, has stopped doing so without any notice. “For the last three months, we have not been able to pay our bills in the local office. We are now being asked to travel to Srinagar,” said a BSNL user.
This unexpected change has caused considerable difficulties for many customers, especially those who find it challenging to make the trip to Srinagar. “Earlier, we could conveniently pay our bills in Ganderbal. Now, it’s an unnecessary hassle to go to Srinagar,” another user added.
Attempts to reach the SDE of BSNL Ganderbal for comments have been unsuccessful, as calls to his office went unanswered.
Affected customers are now appealing to higher authorities within BSNL to address the issue promptly and restore the bill payment services in the Ganderbal office to avoid further inconvenience. Rising Kashmir
