Star Sports brings GT20 Canada to Indian cricket fans
Star Sports, India’s leading sports broadcaster, has announced an exclusive partnership with GT20 Canada to telecast the fourth season of the tournament live in India.
This strategic collaboration is aimed at expanding the reach of GT20 Canada and enthralling cricket enthusiasts across the country with fast-paced action.

Established to foster cricket growth in Canada and North America, GT20 Canada has become a prominent fixture on the international cricket calendar. The tournament gains momentum with Canada’s historic participation in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, providing a platform for domestic and international stars to showcase their talent.
The fourth edition of GT20 Canada is set to ignite the passion for cricket from July 25 onwards, featuring six franchises vying for the title. The tournament opener will witness a thrilling clash between Vancouver Knights and Toronto Nationals.
Cricket fans are in for a treat as the tournament boasts a star-studded lineup including David Warner, Andrew Tye, Azmatullah Omarzai, Chris Lynn, Shaheen Afridi, Rassie van der Dussen, Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Amir, Sunil Narine, Marcus Stoinis, Shakib Al Hasan, and Rahmanullah Gurbaz.
The league stage will run from July 25 to August 6, with each team playing seven matches. The playoffs will commence on August 9, culminating in the grand final on August 11. SportsMint Media
