IBC2024 conference opens call for innovative technical papers

Reflecting on the success of the IBC2023 Technical Papers Programme, Dr. Paul Entwistle, Chair of IBC’s Technical Papers Committee, highlighted the emergence of 5G in content production, significant strides in streaming technologies, and the expansive realm of AI applications. “While AI showcases its transformative potential, it also underscores challenges like fake news and bias. As an industry, it’s imperative we address these challenges head-on,” Entwistle commented.

Submissions should encapsulate original research or innovations addressing tangible challenges in the global broadcast and digital media landscape. Interested contributors are invited to submit a 300-word synopsis delineating their paper’s core theme, emphasizing its uniqueness, and providing relevant contextual background.
