LiveOne pre-announces its Slacker subsidiary results

LiveOne, an award-winning, creator-first music, entertainment, and technology platform, announced today certain preliminary and unaudited results for its wholly owned Slacker subsidiary for the first six months ended September 30, 2023 (“Q2 Fiscal 2024”), as well as updated revenue and Adjusted EBITDA* guidance for Slacker for its full fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
