Ministry of I&B announces 24 community radio stations announced as nodal point

24 CRS have been declared as Lead Community Radio Stations by the Ministry of I&B.

MIB expressed that with the end goal of dissemination of information associated with the community radio movement in India, these stations will act as the nodal point.

A data bank will also be created which will consist of basic details on the aspirants who are identified as potential for CRS in the region.

It will also be required by the stations to form a standing help desk facility, for facilitating organisations with helpline mobile number and the latter will be made public on their website as well as on other platforms. BCS Bureau
