NCLT holds hearing on ZEE-Sony merger

NCLT has set a date for a hearing after requests from ZEE lenders against the merger of ZEE and Sony.

Scheduled to take place on Thursday 12th January 2023, the tribunal has permitted IndusInd Bank, Axis Finance and IDBI Bank to file applications for intervening in the proposed merger.

Up until now, the proposed merger has been given the green light from the BSE and the National Stock Exchange. BizAsia
