Network18 updates authorized share capital clause at Rs 4,173.52 cr

Network18 has updated the Authorized Share Capital Clause at Rs 4,173.52 crore in its Memorandum of Association. This is part of a composite scheme involving e-Eighteen.com, TV18 Broadcast, and Network18 Media.

The new clause will replace the existing authorised share capital clause in the Memorandum of Association.

Network18’s authorized share capital is Rs 4,173.52 crore, divided into 700 crore equity shares at Rs 5 each and 67.35 crore preference shares at Rs 10 each. The company can increase or reduce capital and classify shares with specific rights, privileges, or conditions. These can be modified or adjusted per the Articles of Association and applicable laws.
