NP Singh puts in his papers
After 25-year tenure at Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), NP Singh, Managing Directorand CEO has announced his resignation. Singh will continue to lead SPNI until a suitable successor is appointed.
In an email addressed to Singh expressed his decision to move on from his role, stating, “Today, I have a significant update to share. After nearly 44 years in my career, including a rewarding 25-year tenure at SPNI, I have decided to move on from my role as MD and CEO.
Having reached many significant milestones with our team, I am now ready to focus on social change and shift from operational roles to advisory ones.”

Singh joined SPNI in June 1999, when he joined as Chief Financial Officer. He was soon promoted to Chief Operating Officer and, in 2014, to Managing Director and CEO.
Before his tenure at SPNI, NP Singh held various leadership positions encompassing finance and operations across renowned organizations. His diverse experience
includes roles at Modi Xerox, Spice Telecom, ModiCorp, and Hindustan Copper Limited.
