Ooredoo, beIN Media Group renew media network partnership

Ooredoo has announced the renewal of its contract with beIN Media Group (beIN) to provide Global Media network connectivity between its two main media hubs in Doha and France. The renewal of the partnership was signed by Sheikh Ali bin Jabor bin Mohamed al-Thani, Ooredoo Qatar CEO, and Mohamed al-Subaie, beIN Mena CEO, during a ceremony held in the presence of senior executives from both sides at beIN’s headquarters in Doha.

This partnership is a testament to the successful collaboration between two of Qatar’s largest companies, which have been working together since 2014 to deliver exceptional customer experiences at a global level, a press statement notes. As a successful and reliable managed service partner, Ooredoo has built a media network customised to carry broadcast-grade video content between beIN’s major studios in Doha and Paris. The highly-resilient and scalable network has been instrumental in delivering top-tier sporting content to viewers from the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
