Ritesh Khosla promoted at SPNI

Ritesh Khosla, EVP, Deputy General Counsel and Head Standards & Practices has been promoted to General Counsel, effective September 1, 2024. He succeeds Ashok Nambissan, who is retiring.

Khosla has been with the company for over 16 years. He joined SPNI as Manager-Legal in January 2008, and steadily advanced to the current position. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory frameworks, compliance, corporate governance, complex litigation, and intellectual property rights protection and enforcement.
