Saugato Bhowmik appointed at Viacom18

Viacom18 has appointed Saugato Bhowmik as the head of its Integrated Network Solutions (INS) business unit. Along with this new role, Saugato will continue to head the consumer products business line at Viacom18.

TV Today Network has re-designated Puneet Jain as the group chief law and compliance officer, company secretary, and vice president (internal audit). Earlier, he was the group head-legal and compliance and company secretary, and vice president (internal audit).

Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) has added responsibilities to the portfolios of its existing members in the top management. Rohit Gupta, who headed the ad sales function for the network, will now also be responsible for international business as he is elevated to president network sales and international business, Sony Pictures Networks. SPN has added the sports business along with the distribution arm to the portfolio of Rajesh Kaul, whose role gets expanded to president distribution and sports, Sony Pictures Networks.
