SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket launches 53 Starlink satellites
The company’s Falcon 9 rocket sent 53 satellites to the great beyond from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral, stated SpaceX.
The instantaneous launch window opened at 9:11 a.m. EDT.
The 45th Weather Squadron gave an 80% chance of good weather for Thursday’s launch.
The Falcon 9’s first-stage booster has been used for many missions, including the Crew Demo-2, Transporter-1, Transporter-3 and seven Starlink missions.
The first-stage booster landed on the droneship “Just Read the Instructions,” which is stationed in the Atlantic Ocean, SpaceX confirmed.
The Starlink satellites provide internet access coverage to most of the round planet and give an advanced broadband capability for activities like video calls and streaming.
