Steve Kruger joins Gravity Media as executive director of technology
Former ITV Studios Entertainment Chief Technology Officer Steve Kruger has joined Gravity Media as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer.
He will be based in the UK, leading Gravity Media’s technical function across the global operation, the company said.
His recent career highlights include designing and overseeing the layout of broadcast and remote post installations for ITV. the island of love during the pandemic.
Kruger has worked on some of the UK’s most ambitious television productions across a variety of genres: Reality (I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Hell’s Kitchen, Love Island), Sport (London Olympics) and broadcast live TV from very unusual locations (Saturday night takeout live from a cruise ship, i am a celebrity United States to Costa Rica, The survival of the fittest in remote South Africa).
Kruger’s appointment will further allow Gravity Media to focus on its post-production workflows and techniques, the company said.
