Sun TV Network Ltd Appoints R Mahesh Kumar As MD

The Board of Directors of Sun TV Network Ltd in its meeting held on 20th March, 2019 has appointed Mr. R. Mahesh Kumar as an Additional Director as well as Managing Director, Kaviya Kalanithi Maran as an Additional Director and Executive Director, Sridhar Venkatesh and Mr. Desmond Hemanth Theodore as an Additional Directors (Independent) with effect from 1st April, 2019 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Further, Mr. K. Vijaykumar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from closing hours of 31st March 2019, however, shall continue as an Executive Director with effect from 1st April 2019.―Equity Bulls
