Top teleport operator rankings show popularity of ViaLite fiber links

Each year the World Teleport Association (WTA) produces a list of the global top 20 teleport operators ranked by revenue, and the results for 2020 show that ViaLite customers were positioned in the first eight places.

Other ranking lists compiled by the WTA this year are the Independent Top 10, where ViaLite was a supplier to the three leading independent companies, and the Fast 10 fastest growing operators, where ViaLite supplied four of the 10. These results show ViaLite to be even more prominent in the teleport industry than last year across all three categories.

The WTA draws up the annual rankings of companies by revenue and revenue growth by surveying teleport operators around the world as well as referencing the published results of publicly held companies.

“These latest rankings show more top teleport operators than ever are appreciating the advantages of ViaLite’s RF over fiber technology,” commented ViaLite Director of Sales, Richard Jacklin.
