TRAI extends deadline for comments on ground-based broadcasters framework

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has extended the last date for submission of written comments regarding “Consultation Paper on ‘Regulatory framework for Ground­ based Broadcasters” up to November 22, 2024, and counter comments to December 6, 2024, respectively.

The Authority had issued consultation paper on ‘Regulatory framework for Ground­ based Broadcasters’ on October 18, 2024 for comments/counter-comments of stakeholders.

The last date for receiving written comments from the stakeholders was fixed as November 15, 2024 and counter comments, by November 29, 2024.
