TRAI extends deadline for digital inclusion feedback

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) had released a Consultation Paper (CP) on “Digital Inclusion in the Era of Emerging Technologies” on 14th Sept 2023. As per the extended timelines, the stakeholders were required to submit their comments by 15 December 2023 and counter comments up to 29 December 2023.

However, TRAI received further requests from stakeholders for an extension of time for submission of comments on the above-mentioned consultation paper due to multiple on-going consultations. Therefore, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of comments up to 29th December 2023 and counter comments up to 12th January 2024. Request for further extension will not be entertained.
