Viacom18 appoints K. Aravamudhan as Head of Public Policy Portfolio

Aravamudhan K in the broadcast industry, has recently joined Viacom18 as the head of public policy. He is popularly known as Aru in the industry.

Previously, Aru held the position of Executive Director of Government Relations at Disney Star. With over 15 years of experience at Star India, now a subsidiary of TWDC, he has actively engaged with industry associations, policymakers, and regulators, addressing various challenges encountered by the broadcast sector.

Prior to his current role, Aru served as the Senior Vice-President at Disney Star for a duration of four and a half years. BCS Bureau
