Vodafone adds Amazon Prime Video to GigaTV, new Netflix bundle

Vodafone Deutschland is expanding the streaming offer of its TV and entertainment platform GigaTV with Amazon Prime Video.

The app is being rolled out on all GigaTV boxes from today. New Amazon Prime Video customers can test the offer free of charge for one month, after which it costs €7.99 per month. Existing subscribers can log in directly with their user details. (etutorworld.com)

Also new is a TV tariff that combines GigaTV and Netflix: GigaTV inklusive Netflix, available from November 2, 2021, allows access to the GigaTV world and includes the Netflix standard subscription. The contract term is 24 months. In the first six months, the subscription costs €19.99 per month, in the subsequent period it is €25.99 per month.

Existing Netflix subscribers can link their Netflix account to the Vodafone offer.

Optionally, Vodafone customers can sign up for Netflix Premium for €5 per month. The add-on subscription allows four Netflix streams to be used in parallel and grants access to Netflix content in Ultra HD quality. Broadband TV News
