X-Pert Multimedia Solutions Enhances Range
X-Pert Multimedia Solutions has unveiled the newest features of its product range including X-Pert Playout, X-Pert Graphics, X-Pert Ingest, X-Pert Channel-in-a-Box, X-Pert List and X-Pert Catalog at BroadcastAsia, stand 4K5-01.

The company is also looking for new partners to enlarge its distributor’s network in every country in Asia.
“The Asian broadcast market has always been of great importance to us and we have very strong partners here,” said Ludmil Kushinov, CEO of X-Pert Multimedia Solutions. “As a result of last year’s event our Indonesian partner PT Horizzon Global Media announced its own brand fuelled by our solutions and technology.”
During the event, the core management and development team of X-Pert Multimedia Solutions are presenting the latest updates of its solutions and visitors can participate in a personal demo session.
X-Pert Playout now supports HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) technology, which allows easy streaming through the system firewall to mobile devices. It now has SCTE-104 over SDI and SCTE 35 reading triggers over IP enabling insertion of graphics, logos and tickers without changing the broadcast infrastructure. Generations of triggers has also been added.
New features include SCTE35 trigger reading and generation over IP; SCTE104 trigger reading and generation over SDI; HLS web streaming IP output; MPEG dash web streaming IP output; MKV content container support; Nvidia VGA hardware acceleration support for H264/AVC and H265/HEVC Decoding; and Targeted time code information to specific IP address.
X-Pert Graphics also provides a new experience to the customer with improvements such as the new engine that optimises VGA acceleration at any level over client server-based architecture. X-Pert Ingest is also in focus as it already supports Nvidia VGA H264 and HEVC encoding hardware acceleration.―InBroadcast
